METROACTIV Reward Program – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Enrolment Parameter: 

  • To join the MetroActiv Rewards Program, simply make a purchase of any value at any MetroActiv store across India or at www.metroactiv.com. At the time of billing, provide your name and mobile number — in-store to the cashier, or online during registration.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to share accurate and complete communication details with MetroActiv at the time of enrolling in the program.

  • By enrolling, the customer provides free, specific, informed and unambiguous  consents to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering the rewards program, in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy published on the MetroActiv website.

  • Customers may separately opt-in to receive marketing communications and personalised offers. Such consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time.

  • Store Staff is not eligible to enrol in this Rewards Program.

Benefits of Loyalty Membership:

  • MetroActiv Members will get points worth 4% of the net bill amount on every purchase.

  • MetroActiv Members can check their Loyalty points at any MetroActiv Store by providing their registered mobile number or by simply sending an email at mactivloyalty@metroshoes.co.in 

  • Each Loyalty point is equivalent to INR 1/- (Rupee One only).

  • Loyalty Members also get store offers on their Birthday provided the correct information is shared at the time of enrolment.

  • Members will also enjoy benefits such as Preview of End of Season Sale (where applicable), regular updates on New Arrivals, exclusive offers and promotions.

  • Access to in-store events and rewards.


Earning of Loyalty Points:

  • To earn Loyalty points, all you need to do is make a purchase and provide us with your registered mobile number at the time of billing.

  • Loyalty Points are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified by MetroActiv.

  • Points once lapsed cannot be restored or reissued.

  • Members will be notified at least one month, via SMS/email (where available), prior to any points that are due to lapse.

  • Loyalty Members who have shopped online on https://www.metroactiv.com/ are also entitled to points, provided they share with us the invoice details of the purchase on mactivloyalty@metroshoes.co.in

  • In case of any product return, the earned Loyalty points will be reversed from your MetroActiv account.

  • Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.


Points Redemption:

  • For the first redemption, you need to have a minimum balance of 99 points in your MetroActiv account. For subsequent redemptions, you can redeem any number of points available in your account.

  • Points and vouchers can be redeemed at any MetroActiv Stores (except Airport Stores and any other excluded locations as may be notified from time to time) using the OTP sent to the registered mobile number. Redemption of loyalty points is currently not applicable on https://www.metroactiv.com/

  • The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of OTPs. MetroActiv shall not be liable for any unauthorised redemption arising due to sharing of OTP by the Customer.

  • Loyalty points accrued on any online purchase made through https://www.metroactiv.com/ will be redeemable only after completion of the applicable return/refund period and subject to no returns being initiated..


Communication Process:

  • Members can make changes in their account details by visiting the nearest MetroActiv Store.

  • Members can also do it by sending an email to mactivloyalty@metroshoes.co.in with the updated information.

  • Members can Opt-Out (Unsubscribe) anytime from receiving promotional messages from MetroActiv by giving a Missed Call on 7065213434.

  • Members can Opt-In (Subscribe) anytime to receive promotional messages from MetroActiv by giving a Missed call on 7065210404.

  • Members can close their membership anytime by sending an email to mactivloyalty@metroshoes.co.in

  • By becoming a MetroActiv Member, you agree to receive service-related communications. Marketing communications shall only be sent where the customer has provided explicit consent (opted-in) and may be withdrawn at any time.


General Conditions:

  • MetroActiv reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership for reasonable cause, including but not limited to fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms, with prior notice where practicable..

  • MetroActiv holds the right to alter/change/abort any particular offer or scheme with prior notice to customers where such changes materially impact benefits.

  • If a Loyalty Member is found committing fraud or misuse(including creation of multiple accounts, manipulation of transactions, or abuse of the program), all accumulated loyalty points and  may be cancelled.

  • MetroActiv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising out of participation in the rewards program.

  • MetroActiv shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, India.


Privacy and Data Usage:

  • Customer data will be processed in accordance with applicable laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 .

  • Customer data will be processed with reasonable security safeguards to prevent unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

  • Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of the rewards program or as required under applicable law.

  • Customers have the right to access, correct, update or erase their personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Grievance Officer.

  • Any Customer details provided to MetroActiv will be kept confidential. MetroActiv takes all reasonable precautions to preserve the integrity and prevent any corruption, loss, damage or destruction of Customer’s Data.

  • We do not share your mobile number with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes, without your explicit consent, except where required by law or for service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

  • We may use purchase details (where consent is provided) to understand customer preferences and recommend relevant products.


Modification or Amendment of these Terms:

  • MetroActiv reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions by posting revisions on the website https://www.metroactiv.com/ 

  • Any material changes impacting customer benefits or rights shall be communicated at least 30 days in advance.


  • Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
